Captain America and Iron Man clash once more in the tense, thrilling new trailer for the latest addition to the MarvelCinematic Universe, Captain America: Civil War.
The clip establishesthe stakes ofthe latest Marvel blockbuster, in whichSteve Rogers/Captain America (Chris Evans) leadsa crew of Avengers not pleased with new government regulations being imposedon the heroes and championed by Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.).
Among the highlights of the clip: Black Panther chasing down a motorcycle; Stark gripping the barrel of a gun with his hand while Bucky/the Winter Soldier pulls the trigger; and Iron Man and Captain America trading blows in a brutal, climactic fist fight. TheCivil Wartrailer also notably boasts the first appearance of Spider-Man, who will finally join the Marvel-verseafter Sony which owns the film rights to the character struck a deal with the comics giant last year.
Captain America: Civil War was directed by Joe and Anthony Russo. Its scheduled to open May 6th.
