Watch Fall Out Boy Tear Through Trap Queen at MTV Movie Awards


Fall Out Boyhelped budding New Jersey rapper Fetty Wap make his live television debut at the MTV Movie Awards, busting out an impassioned rendition of the latters hit single, Trap Queen.

Though perhaps an unlikely pairing on paper, the pop punk stalwarts have made inroads into the world of hip-hop since teaming up with 2 Chainzfor a remix of My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up), the lead single from their 2013 comeback album, Save Rock and Roll.

Their duet with Fetty Wap hit similar sweet spots, as Fall Out Boy provided the rapper with chugging, palm-muted power chords to spit over before he and Patrick Stump delivered some sweet harmonies during Trap Queens indelible chorus.

While Fall Out Boy has been out in support of their sixth LP, American Beauty/American Psycho,since its release in January, Fetty Wap has become one of the rap games biggest surprises, with Trap Queen recently staking a claim in the Top 10 ofthe Billboard Hot 100.

The track has also garneredcosigns from Rihanna and Kanye West, while Fetty Wap also delivered one of the 50 best setsRolling Stone caught at this years SXSW festival in Austin. Hes prepping for the upcoming release of his new project, Fetty Wap: The Mixtape, which is expected to see release soon.
