As Entertainment Weekly reports, the fifth season will be visiting Dorne, the homeland of the Red Viper, Oberyn Martell, who was dispatched in a particularly gruesome fashion in season four. Well meet Dornes ruler and Oberyns older brother, Doran Martell, played by Star Trek: Deep Space Nines Alexander Siddig. Unlike his brother, Doran is even-tempered and deliberate, HBO said in its official character description. Now, all of Dorne waits to see how their lord will react to his brothers death.

Toby Sebastian will play Dorans son and heir to Dorne, Trystane Martell. Nell Tiger Free plays Trystanes betrothed, Myrcella Baratheon, officially the daughter of Cersei Lannister and King Robert Baratheon (though her father is really Jaime Lannister).

The new season will also introduce a few bastard daughters of Prince Oberyn, including fearsome warrior Obara Sand, played by Keisha Castle-Hughes (Whale Rider, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith), Nymeria Nym Sand (played by Jessica Henwick) who was brought up to be cultured, graceful and deadly with a whip, and twin-dagger-wielding Tyene Sand, played by Rosabell Laurenti Sellers.

Romes Enzo Cilentiwill play Yezzan, a former slave trader, and DeObia Oparei will play Areo Hotah, captain of Doran Martells palace guard, renowned for his loyalty and longaxe.

Jonathan Pryce, whose previous credits include Terry Gilliams Brazil as well as the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and Tomorrow Never Dies, will join the show as a religious leader called the High Sparrow, who came to Kings Landing to serve those forgotten by much of the world the poor, the downtrodden and the infirm and quickly amassed a large following. His fellow believers have swarmed over the city, ministering to the lowest and decrying the corruption of the highest.

HBO will be shooting most of the Dorne scenes in Spain, a new location for the show. Watch the new cast members introduce themselves below:
