Watch Stranger Things Star Promise Justice for Barb on Fallon

Stranger ThingsactorDavid Harbour declared justice for Barb in the next season of the hit Netflix series, during a chat with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight ShowMonday.

Harbour, who portrayed troubled hero cop Jim Hopper, discussed the thrill and challenges of playing the conflicted character and the enjoyment he got from watching viewers perceptions of Hopper change over the course of the first season. But Fallon, anoted Barb fan, refused to let Hopper off the hook for forgetting Barb in the Upside Down.

The Internet rage over Barb! Harbour said exasperated. Shannon [Purser] is amazing, but the character is in like two episodes barely, and the Internet rage at Chief Hopper over not caring about Barb Im sorry! I had a little boy I had to save! And while Harbour did go on to reassure Fallon that the Barb storyline will be addressed in Season Two, he added: If you think Barbs coming back, shes fully dead.

Harbour also taped a short web exclusive, in which he talked about the retro wonders of the Stranger Things set, like the old Radio Shack, which set designers filled with classic video game consoles. Harbour deconstructed the mythical terror of the Upside Down as well, saying the set is actually the dorkiest thing youve ever seen Occasionally youll see the monster. Its a guy in a puppet suit getting fans all in his armpits and on his neck cause hes so hot.
