See Andy Samberg, Seth Meyers Revive Lost SNL Sketch

Late Night With Seth Meyersoften serves as a venue where the host and his fellow Saturday Night Livealumni recreate sketches that were written and rehearsed but never airedin a segmentcalled Second Chance Theatre. In the latest installment, Meyers is joined by Andy Samberg, SNLs Kenan Thompson and guest Greta Gerwig for the never-before-seen Wanna Come With?

The circa-2006 sketch is abunch of co-workers hanging out at a bar where a drunk Graham, played by Samberg, annoyingly askshis office mates, Im gonna hit the head, you wanna come with? Graham refuses to take no for an answer and steadfastly keeps harassing his co-workers. In the end, Graham shatters the fourth wall by asking the camera if they want to accompany him to the bathroom. The camera shakes left and right, signaling another No.

After the sketch, Meyers hosted a roundtable discussion about the sketch The Talking Dead of Wanna Come With?' that also featured Sambergs fellow Lonely Island members Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer as well as SNL Weekend Update co-host Colin Jost, the sketchs co-writer in 2006. As Jost explained, the sketch was based on Sambergs actual habit of asking people if they wanted to accompany him to the bathroom:

Meyers also had some fun with Sambergs wig, which mimicked the comedians actual shaggy do on SNL a decade ago. Seeing yourself in the monitor, do you think its okay that it was your haircut, Meyers asked Samberg. I used to say and this wig does a very good job when I first met you, it looked like your hair was trying to eat your head.
