Watch Ronnie Milsap, Little Big Town Sing Lost in the Fifties Tonight on Fallon

Country Music Hall of Fame member Ronnie Milsap visited The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon alongside Little Big Town on Wednesday night, recreating his classic 1986 hit Lost In the Fifties Tonight as an all-star collaboration.

Looking sharp in a burgundy sport jacket and shades, Milsap sang the nostalgic ballad from behind a baby grand piano and proved that his soulful voice can still capture the imagination. Adding a touch of brightness, country quartet Little Big Town stood nearby and delivered the songs doo-wop flavored backing vocals, with Karen Fairchild offering some smooth harmonies and Phillip Sweet playing rhythm guitar. At one point, a saxophone player takes a brassy solo and then Fallon joins in for a few giddy shoo-be-doops at the end.

Lost In the Fifties Tonight appears on Milsaps recently released album, Ronnie Milsap: The Duets. The project features 13 of his most popular hits re-recorded alongside an A-list cast, which along with LBT includes Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Kacey Musgraves, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, George Strait and more. His 2019 76 for 76 Tour visits Glasgow, Kentucky on Saturday, February 9th.

Little Big Town are nominated for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for When Someone Stops Loving You at this weekends Grammy Awards, and are set to perform on the February 10th show in tribute to Parton, who will be honored as 2019s MuisCares Person of the Year.
