Jimmy Kimmelwill host the 2016 Emmy Awards on ABC. This years ceremony which will air live from Los Angeles Microsoft Theater on Sunday, September 18th at 8 p.m. EST marks the comedians second hosting stint, following the 2012 ceremony, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Nominations for the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards will be revealed Thursday, July 14th.
Last years ceremony which featured big wins forGame of ThronesandVeepwas hosted by Andy Samberg, who added his wacky comedic touch throughout the evening.
