On Thursday, The Late Late Show presented a hilarious mockumentary about Thr33way, parodying boy bands like *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys and 98 Degrees.The sexually graphic (and non-existent) group featuring James Corden, Jordan Peeleand Nick Kroll cut through all the innuendo and just got to the heart of what those songs were really about: hardcore sex.
The doc highlighted the groups numerous hit parodies, including Backstreet Boys spoof I Want a Three Way (Why cant we have a three-way?/ But what if its my birthday?) and Hanson rip MMMBoobs. Other classics: Tearin Up My Butt, End of the Choad, Bi-Bi-Bisexual and The Butt Stuff.
Peele and Corden explained that they started as a duo but expanded the line-up after spotting the mentally unstable Kroll playing his guitar totally naked on the side of the road. At their peak of success, including opening gigs for Jamiroquai and Santana, the group collapsed after a wave of lawsuits and the shocking revelation that the members were actually virgins.
