Watch Gunslinging Brie Larson in Explosive Free Fire Trailer


Free Fire, the latest feature film from English director Ben Wheatley, made its world premiere this week at the Toronto Film Festival. A new trailer shows the film overflowing with tough guys, gunfire and regrettable Seventies fashion.

The film stars recent Oscar Award winner Brie Larson alongside Armie Hammer, Cillian Murphy, Sharlto Copley and more. According toVariety, Free Fire is set in a Boston warehouse, where one group ofneer-do-wellshopes to buy weapons from another. The negotiation goes south and a full-on shootout ensues, turning the building into a heap of rubble and ricocheting bullets. Variety suggests the action lasts for the better part of 90 minutes.

Wheatley wrote the script for Free Fire with Amy Jump. His previous directing credits include High-Rise, Sightseers and Kill List. Martin Scorsese served as the films executive producer. Free Fire is slated for wide release in 2017.
