Homer Simpson gets trapped in the alluring virtual reality of Pokmon Go while Bart and Lisa clamor for his attention in a hilarious new Simpsonsspot.
The off-season promo clip finds Homer studiously catching them all while Bart and Lisa run around the zoo (See Your Animal Friends in Prison, reads the entrance banner). Lisa marvels at the birth of a baby giraffe, Bart dances on the edge of a lions den while Homer is captivated by Pokemon Go.
When Homer finally does yank his head away from his phone, Barts cuddled up with the lion and pretends to be eaten while Homer takes a picture. Just my arm, Bart cracks, as Homer screams and the lion licks his chops. But the gag earns him a hurling back into the pit where he flees the beast as Homer goes back tracking down more Pokemon.
The Simpsons willto return to Fox this fall for its 28th season.
