Desus and Mero roped John Legend into writing a wild new love song about one of the Kid Meros most cherished activities, eating ass, on Desus and Mero Thursday. Hold on, let me get into Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper mode, Mero cracked as he sat down at the piano and threw an arm around Legend.
While Mero already had a handful of lyrics worked out including one that rhymed analingus with former New York Knicks player Kristaps Porzingis Legend suggested they use a more subtle approach and offered up the tantalizing term, Chocolate Galaxy. The opening lines of the song quickly flowed from there, with Legend crooning, Take me to your chocolate galaxy/Thats the only place that I want to be/Fellas if you want to blow your ladys mind/If you wanna get ahead, eat it from behind.
With the lights turned down low, the trio fleshed out the rest of the song and Mero was even able to slip in a not-so-subtle basketball reference, singing, Ma, lets put the music on smooth and the lights on dim/Im LeBron with that ass, ma, cause Im going straight to that motherfucking rim.
Along with penning their new certified hit, Desus and Mero also spoke with Legend about sitting on the couch and tweeting with his wife, Chrissy Teigen, as well as the easiest way to win an EGOT.
