David Letterman stepped downas the host of the Late Show this week with an amazing all-star episode featuring everybody from Bill Murray to Tina Feyto the Foo Fighters. It was the end of an major chapter of pop culture history that began 33 years ago when NBC put him on following Johnny Carson.
