ABC has unveiled the first trailer from Madoff, which examines how Madoff lured so many investors, the downfall of his Madoff Securities and the impact that it had on his family. The miniseries begins February 3rd.

Madoff is one of two television projects devoted to the investment advisor, who was arrested for securities fraud in December 2008 and subsequently pleaded guilty to 11 federal felonies, resulting in a maximum sentence of 150 years in prison. HBO is working on the Barry Levinson-directed Wizard of Lies that stars Robert De Niro and Michelle Pfeiffer as Bernie and Ruth Madoff.
