Watch Revealing Behind-the-Scenes Video for Game of Thrones Season 6

Game of Thrones fans are known to obsessively parse the show for hints, details, and Easter eggs, but nobody gets a closer look at the action than the people shooting it. As the show gears up for its much-anticipated sixth season, HBO has released a behind-the-scenes tribute to some of the productions most essential crew members, and the video is loaded with little clues as to what the next 10 episodes might have in store.

As the clip takes us from the snows of the Nightfort to the deserts outside of Meereen, eagle-eyed fans are treated to an enigmatic glimpse of Melisandre (looking ominous as always) and some footage of Jonah Mormont making a daring escape of some kind. Tyrion Lannister, Daario Naharis, and Jaime Lannister all make brief appearances as well John Snow, unsurprisingly, does not.

The snippets here will surely raise more questions than they are, but given that the network has only released one brief teaser for the new season, fans are chomping at the bit for anything that might help tide them over. By the time the footage ends with Wolf Unit camera operator Ben Wilson describing his POV as the best seat in the house, youll know what he means.

Game of Thrones Season 6 will premiere on HBO on April 24that 9p.m. ET.
