Watch Stephen Colbert Skewer Donald Trump in Hunger Games RNC Skit

On Monday nights episode of The Late Show, Stephen Colbert romped around the Republican National Convention at Clevelands Quicken Loans Arena, cracking jokes about Chris Christie, Paul Ryan and North Carolinas infamous Bathroom Bill.

The TV host has referred to the election as Hungry for Power Games for months. He narrates these skits as a character based on Caesar Flickerman, the maestro of The Hunger Games movies (on the big screen, Flickerman is played by Stanley Tucci). To add flair on his jaunt through the Quicken Loans arena, Colbert brought along his pet weasel, Caligula.

Welcome to the arena, citizens. So grand, it can almost hold Donald Trumps entire head, Colbert begins. His remarks become more cutting: The New Jersey delegation has saved one front row seat for Chris Christie to have the best possible view of the end of his career. Observing that the North Carolina delegation is seated near the bathrooms, he jokes that North Carolina has staged themselves strategically next to the bathrooms so they can check everyones genitalia before they cast their ballot.

At the end of the video, Colbert scales the stage for a final salvo. This week, in this arena, the Republicans shall prove that theyre truly passionate about one candidate: Hillary Clinton, Colbert announces. They will do anything to stop her, up to and including nominating Donald Trump.

At this point, a security guard probably an actor arrives to remove Colbert from the podium, at which point he returns to his mantra: I know Im not supposed to be up here, but neither is Donald Trump.
