Gleewill celebrate its 100th episode with some high-profile guests. According tothe Hollywood Reporter, Gwyneth Paltrow (who won an Emmy in 2011 for her previous Glee guest spotas substitute teacher Holly Holliday) will reprise her character in the upcoming two-part episode, which airs on March 18th and 25th.

The episode will reportedly focus on Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) and her quest to shut down the New Directions glee club.A handful of former cast members including Kristin Chenoweth (April), Heather Morris (Brittany), Harry Shum Jr. (Mike), Amber Riley (Mercedes) and Mark Salling (Puck) will return for the two-part episode and say their emotional goodbyes to Matthew Morrisons character, Will Schuester.
Also joining the parade of guest stars isGossip Girlveteran Chace Crawford; in an interview with E! Online, Matthew Morrison said Crawford will appear as a Yalie degenerate named Biff. The century-mark extravaganza will also feature a series of Gleeremixes selected from a fan vote. After that guest-stuffed two-parter, the beloved Fox musical will shift focus to a story in New York City, with several episodes focusing on Rachel (Lea Michele), Kurt (Chris Colfer), Blaine (Darren Criss), Mercedes (Amber Riley) and Sam (Chord Overstreet).
Last month, Murphy revealed the original finale for the series toEntertainment Weeklyin a touching eulogy for Gleestar CoreyMonteith, who died of adrug overdosein July.
