The lunacy starts when Plant starts running around the stage after being introduced and knocking off his own portable microphone, which Colbert reapplies to the singers waist. I never thought Id start an interview by saying I touched Robert Plants butt,' Colbert jokes.
After being asked how his rocktober has been treating him, Plant says, Its been so far, so good. I dont know where we came from recently and without missing a beat, Colbert replied, I believe you came from the land of the ice and snow, a nod to the opening lyrics of Led Zeppelins Immigrant Song.
