Comedian Russell Peters is set to star in a new stand-up and documentary series on Netflix, scheduled for October 14th. Filmed earlier this year, Russell Peters vs. the World follows the Canadian funnyman over the course of his global Notorious tour.

Peters, 42, who began performing in 1989, has since gained notoriety for descriptions of his Anglo-Indian family. Many of his bits touch on ethnic, racial, class and cultural stereotypes.
