James Corden relived the OscarsBest Picture blunder by portrayingEmma Stones Audition sequence in La La Land on The Late Late Show Monday.

Donning a periwinkle sweater and red wig la Stones character, Corden stood before two casting directors and began to paint [them] a picture of the moment when La La Land was Best Picture. Slowly, Corden broke into song as the truth came out that Moonlight was the real winner, belting, Heres to the ones that lose/ God I need so much booze! Corden also honored Warren Beattys eyesight and the PricewaterhouseCoopers accountants, proclaiming: So heres to the Ryans who hold back from cryin/ Producers and Chrissy Teigens man/ And heres to my sense of shock/ More stunned than the Rock!

Elsewhere on The Late Late Show, Corden spoke with Sara Bareilles, who performed a cover of Joni Mitchells Both Sides Now during the In Memoriam segment at the Oscars. Bareilles recalled awkwardly waving to Jennifer Aniston helped calm her nerves. She also admitted that she was actually back at her hotel changing when the Best Picture mix-up occurred.
