Watch Colbert, Kimmel, Corden Mock Betsy DeVos Grizzly Bear Fears

Donald Trumps pick for Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos, provided late-night manna for Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and James Corden after suggesting schools might need guns to protect from grizzly bearsduring her confirmation hearing.

Colbert opened Wednesdays edition of The Late Showwith a bit that featured security footage scenes of a big bear terrorizing students at an elementary school, firing spitballs, stuffing kids in lockers, smoking in the bathroom and dishing out atomic wedgies.

Kimmel went for a similar man-in-a-bear-suit gag on Jimmy Kimmel Live, filming some bonus C-SPAN footage during which a cadre of cackling senators were joined by a grizzly who also fired a few rounds into the Capitol ceiling. Betsy DeVos would have made a great Secretary of Education in 1783 when grizzly bears were a problem, Kimmel cracked.

Lastly, Corden took a few shots at DeVos during his monolog on The Late Late Show, joking that schools could probably protect students from a bear attack by simply locking the door, and quipping, She knows the right to bear arms isnt about actual bears, right?
