As Americans huddle around their March Madness brackets, The Daily Showput their own spin on the annual tournament with Third Month Mania, a tournamentwhere viewers canvote for what makes them the angriest.
Were taking the madness literally, host Trevor Noah explained. Instead of crowning the best college team, weve created a bracket tournament of our own, that lets you at home vote on what makes you the maddest what really pisses you off.
The field is divided into four topics with 16 competitors: Issues, People, Tech and Everyday Shit, where youll find competitors like Being Told to Watch a Documentary, Sports Scores and Guac is Extra. The People bracket has epic showdowns like Kanye West versus the entire Kardashian clan, Bill Cosby against Martin Shkreli and Anti-Vaxxers against Hipsters.
Issues finds anger-inducing matchups like Making a Murderers Steven Avery Verdict versus Serials Adnan Syed Verdict, Homophobia versus Islamophobia and the Flint Water Crisis versus Government Surveillance. The Tech breakout is equally infuriating thanks to Tidal, No WiFi, DVR Cut off the End and Brunch Instagrams.
Voting for the Dirty 32 concludes soon, with Round 2 beginning March 20th.
