Weekend Rock Question: What Is the Best Comedy Show of 1990s?

The shocking death of Garry Shandlingearlier this week got us thinking about the Larry Sanders Show. The HBO program never got the attention and ratings of network sitcoms like Seinfeld, Friends and Frasier, but it was absolutely brilliant and has aged wonderfully. Its easy to imagine that Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Office would have never happened where it not for the influence of the show.

Now we have a question for you: What is the greatest comedy show of the 1990s? Feel free to vote for a massive hit like Seinfeld, Home Improvement and Friends, an animated program like South Park and The Simpsons or something slightly under-the-radar like The State and Mystery Science Theater 3000. Obviously there are many shows that dont fit within the confines of a decade, so were going to count all shows that made their impact in the 1990s. That means well count Roseanne even though it began in 1988, but not Cheers even though it ended in 1993. You get the idea. Please only vote once and only for a single show.
