Justin Moore has announced April 26th as the release date for his upcoming fifth studio album, titled Late Nights and Longnecks. Meanwhile, hes also shared the intense music video for the projects first single, The Ones That Didnt Make It Back Home.
Co-written by Moore with Jeremy Stover, Paul DiGiovanni and Chase McGill, the somber ballad is meant to honor the bravery of military members and first responders, while also highlighting the impact their sacrifices have on a community. Directed by Cody Villalobos, Moores official video for the track adds teachers to the list of heroes, working the threat of school shootings into its interconnected storyline.

Track list information for Late Nights and Longnecks has yet to be released, but Moore has described the album as a return to a more traditional country sound in recent interviews, saying he co-wrote every track and recorded the project with session pros Brett Mason and Paul Franklin. Its got kind of an early Nineties vibe to it, he told Walking the Floor podcast host and Foo Fighters guitarist Chris Shiflett.
Moores last four albums have all debuted inside the Top Five of Billboards Country Albums chart including Outlaws Like Me, Off the Beaten Path and Kinda Dont Care, which all arrived in the Number One spot. Moore is currently headlining a tour with Cody Johnson, Eric Paslay and Riley Green supporting on select dates, with an extensive fall tour planned for later in 2019.
