See Lin-Manuel Miranda, J.J. Abrams Perform Force Awakens Song


May the Fourth Be With You: Broadways smash, Tony Awards-dominatingmusical Hamiltoncelebrated the unofficial Star Warsholiday Wednesday during the shows daily #Ham4Ham performance by having creator Lin-Manuel Miranda and The Force Awakens director J.J, Abrams deliver a live rendition of Jabba Flow, the song they worked on together for the sci-fi epic.

Miranda explained to the crowd at the free outdoor performance that the track which featured during the films cantina scene was written in Huttese, the gibberish-sounding language of Return of the Jedi villain Jabba the Hutt. After welcoming Abrams to the sidewalk stage, the director then recounted how the collaboration came together, an anecdote both Abramsand Mirandahave told on the late-night circuit.

To celebrate Star Wars Day, following the #Ham4Ham performance, the space saga officially posted Jabba Flow for downloadon the iTunes Music store. The 100-second-long track is also available to stream on the Star Wars official site.
