Watch Fallon Play Rock, Paper, Scissors, Pie With Jennifer Garner

Jimmy Fallon and Jennifer Garner brought a carnival atmosphere to The Tonight Showon Tuesday, debuting what could be the silliest of all Fallons late night games: Rock, Paper, Scissors, Pie.

In the above clip, the rivals take their positions behind carnival cutouts, playing a series of Rock, Paper, Scissors. The loser of each turn must fire up the pie-throwing mechanism, which randomly generates sporadic pies to the face (and, as Fallon notes, cost the show a whopping $18). Whoever takes two pie-shots is the loser.

Garner wins first with paper covers rock, but Fallons first twist of the mechanism results in no pie. After a few losing turns of her own, a nervous Garner finally earns a faceful, and she doubles her dessert after Fallon sneaks in with scissors cutting paper. But the host is a gracious winner, even taking his own pie as a consolation prize.

Games have become a focal point for Fallons Tonight Show and the writers have gotten increasingly goofyin recent weeks. Earlier this month, the host challenged Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth and a few SNL cast members to a frenetic round of Musical Beers, a frat party-styled version of the childrens party game Musical Chairs.

Last month, Fallon battled Christina Aguilera in Musical Impressions. The host showed off solid imitations of David Bowie and Michael McDonald, but Aguilera was the clear victor with her spot-on impressions of Britney Spears and Shakira.
