Lets face it, its beyond mythological to have Superman and our new Batman facing off, since they are the greatest superheroes in the world, Snyder said.
Christopher Nolan, whose Dark Knight adaptations brought in more than $1 billion globally, will executive produce the film, and Warner Bros. says that Snyder is the perfect pick to direct.

Henry Cavill, Amy Adams and Laurence Fishburne will reprise their roles in the sequel, which is still unnamed.No word yet on who will be playing the role of Batman in the film, which will arrive in 2015.
