He might be 6-foot-10 and related to a Beach Boy, but Kevin Love is just like the rest of us.
After putting the finishing touches on Clevelands sweep of the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday by scoring a game-high 27 points, Love joined his new BFFs LeBron James and Kyrie Irving on the podium to field some questions from the media. With it being over a year since James subtweeted Love about fitting in rather than finding ways to fit-out a move that had the whole world talking a reporter took the opportunity to ask Love how breaking out of his shell off the court hashelped him find his groove on it.
If there is any correlation, Love wouldnt say. What ensued between the trio was a lot of giggling, some inside jokes (and inspired striped-shirt coordination) and Love admitting that he just wanted to wrap the interview up so he could get home to watch the latest episode of Game of Thrones. You know, just like the rest of us.
Game of Thrones is on tonight, Love said. Im trying to get home and watch that. Jon Snow is back.
