See Lin-Manuel Miranda Narrate Drunk History Hamilton Clip

Lin-Manuel Miranda will narrate an upcoming episode of Comedy Centrals Drunk History, where inebriated actors and comedians tell tales from U.S. history as theyre being reenacted on film. Fittingly, Broadways Hamilton creator takes on the story of Alexander Hamilton.

In a new clip from the episode, which Entertainment Weekly premiered, Miranda details Hamilton and Aaron Burrs apparent first meeting at Queens College (Fuck you. Fuck you. Youre cool. Aaron Burr, nice to meet you. Im going to another college that will graduate me faster, Miranda says). He also discusses the pair leaving their respective schools to join the Revolutionary War and Hamilton serving as Aide-de-Camp under George Washington before heading into the Battle of Yorktown.

Despite Miranda tweeting that he drank three-quarters of a bottle of honey whiskey while taping the episode on Super Bowl Sunday, he sounds decently coherent in the clip, though he does add some humorous, colorful sound effects while narrating.

Alia Shawkat (Arrested Development) and Aubrey Plaza (Parks and Recreation) portray Hamilton and Burr, respectively. The episode also features Bokeem Woodbine, Dave Grohl, David Wain and Tony Hale.

Drunk Historys Hamilton episode will air on November 29th at 10:30 p.m. ET on Comedy Central.

Miranda will also be premiering Millennials: The Musical, his mockumentary collaboration with Dwayne The Rock Johnson, on November 29th via YouTube.
