Billy Eichner unleashed Rachel Dratch on a harrowing, hilarious Scientology-themed obstacle course in a ridiculousnew clipfrom Billy on the Street.
Eichner fittingly dubbed the challenge, Leah Reminis Escape From Scientology,a nod to the actress who recently detailed her split from the Churchin a new book. The host explained to Dratch that the first few obstacles would find herjoining the Church of Scientology, before cracking, Then theres a twist: You decide you need to escape the religion, save your kids, save your friends and most importantly save your acting career!
And away Dratch went, first signing a billion year contract with the Church before marrying one of Giovanni Ribisis cousins in a ceremony presided over by intergalactic dictator, Xenu. From there the obstacle course took a Double Dare-esque turn as Dratch dodged slime and alien limbs, scaled an inflatable ship to save her kids from Sea Org and dug out a mannequin representing Shelly Miscavige the reportedly missing wife of Scientology honcho David Miscavige from a pool of Jell-O.
For her final feat, Dratch hiked to the top ofthe erupting volcano onthe cover of L. Ron Hubbards Dianetics,where she was greeted by her new savior a TV Land executive. Its not a billion-year contract, Eichner raved below. Its just eight half-hour episodes!
